Overview
COACH (Central Okanagan Association for Cardiac Health) is a non-profit society based in Central Okanagan. They are committed to enhancing the health of individuals by reducing cardiovascular risk factors through evidence-based practice, prevention, management, and rehabilitation of heart disease.
Challenges
The main challenges in this project were updating a dated brand and creating a comprehensive, user-friendly website that could host a variety of educational content and resources for individuals dealing with heart issues. Additionally, the website needed to include a calendar for events and streams.
Solution
A complete brand revamp was initiated, including a new logo and branding. The website was redesigned with a modern look and feel, including custom code and integrations for enhanced functionality. A calendar was added for events and streams, and the site was populated with up-to-date educational content.
Results
The new branding and website have significantly enhanced COACH's digital presence, making it more accessible and informative for individuals dealing with heart issues. The website now serves as a comprehensive resource for education, support, and event information.
